He specialises in financial literacy, credit risk management, and capacity building for financial institutions, SACCOs, and SMEs. A former Strategic Business Unit leader in mortgage finance, Patrick has advised commercial banks, microfinance institutions, and cooperatives on policy, governance, and people development. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy Management, a BSc in Horticulture, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK) and a Certified Credit Risk Assessor (Moody's).
